Michael Griffin to attempt escape - A dare that nearly killed a magician.
America's Escape Hero (http://www.escapeguy.com) appearing and disappearing for the first time ever at the Springfield Township Civic Center parking lot (http://www. springfieldtwp.org) on Wednesday, October 24th, will risk being pulled to pieces in a special dare to death at 6:00 p.m. Similar to the ancient Roman torture, Griffin will be handcuffed, shackled and chained, laid out on the ground and tied to a vehicle, engine roaring. The escape artist will have only 30 seconds before the vehicle takes off, with the possibility of dragging Griffin with it. Will he escape in time? Just last year, a magician attempting a version of Griffin's stunt was catastrophically injured. (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/
