PULLED TO PIECES IF ESCAPE STUNT GOES WRONG...AGAIN Michael Griffin Tempts Fate in a Daring Pre-show Stunt This Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. in Springfield Township.

(SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, Hamilton County, Ohio, October 22, 2012)  Today Springfield Township just received confirmation that Escape Artist, Michael Griffin will tempt fate in a daring stunt open to the public. Just two days prior The Houdini Code dinner theater at The Grove Banquet Hall, spectators of all ages and the media are invited to witness the escape artist attempt an extremely dangerous stunt at the Springfield Township Civic Center parking lot.

Michael Griffin to attempt escape - A dare that nearly killed a magician.

America's Escape Hero (http://www.escapeguy.com) appearing and disappearing for the first time ever at the Springfield Township Civic Center parking lot (http://wwwspringfieldtwp.org) on Wednesday, October 24th, will risk being pulled to pieces in a special dare to death at 6:00 p.m. Similar to the ancient Roman torture, Griffin will be handcuffed, shackled and chained, laid out on the ground and tied to a vehicle, engine roaring. The escape artist will have only 30 seconds before the vehicle takes off, with the possibility of dragging Griffin with it. Will he escape in time? Just last year, a magician attempting a version of Griffin's stunt was catastrophically injured. (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1394911/Incredible-footage-trick-go  ne-wrong-Magician-failsescape- handcuffs-dragged-speeding-car.html) Griffin hopes not to encounter the same fate. He performs this stunt Thursday in preparation for his two-hour show "The Houdini Code" hosted at The Grove Banquet Hall Friday, October 26th. Tickets are on sale only through Wednesday night for The Houdini Code at www.springfieldtwp.org/dinnertheater.cfm .

Spectators are encouraged to witness the "Pulled To Pieces" stunt with caution this Wednesday evening. (Admission to the stunt is free.) Park behind the Senior and Community Arts Center.
